The company's automatic assembly machine R&D team integrates multi-disciplinary technologies such as mechanical design, electrical control, and vision inspection. Targeting core processes of terminal assembly such as pin welding, screw fastening, and insulation assembly, we have developed high-precision and flexible automated production lines, realizing full-process automation from component feeding, assembly, inspection to finished product unloading.

The equipment is equipped with a CCD vision inspection system, which can perform real-time 100% inspection of key indicators such as pin spacing, welding quality, and insulation layer fit during the assembly process, eliminating human operation errors and ensuring product consistency.

It includes independent R&D and optimization of processing equipment across the entire production process such as hardware stamping, plastic molding, precision measurement, and surface treatment. Leveraging 18 years of manufacturing experience and international advanced technical concepts, we have built a processing equipment system adapted to the high-precision, high-stability, and high-capacity requirements of terminal products. The company is equipped with advanced core processing equipment such as high-precision hardware stamping machines, plastic injection molding machines, CNC machining centers, and laser welding machines. The R&D team continuously iterates the equipment technology, optimizes processing parameters, and upgrades control systems to improve the processing precision and production efficiency of the equipment.

In core processing links, our independently developed high-precision stamping equipment can achieve 0.01mm-level dimensional control, adapting to the complex forming of metal raw materials such as pure copper and brass. The plastic molding equipment adopts a closed-loop temperature control system to ensure the molding precision and material toughness of insulation components, meeting the corrosion resistance and aging resistance requirements of new energy fields.
